Information we process
Depending on use, M³ EduCore may process account and profile details, school and academic structures, class and enrollment records, assessment content, student identifiers, responses, scores, outcome mappings, scan images, device and security logs, and messages sent through the contact form.
Organizations should provide only information needed for the educational or administrative purpose they have established.
How information is used and retained
Information is used to provide authentication, assessment creation and delivery, scanning and review, scoring, analytics, exports, outcome reporting, support, security, and service administration.
Retention depends on data type, plan, institutional requirements, security needs, and applicable law. The free-plan description states that scan images are retained for 24 hours and then deleted. Other records may remain until deleted, the account is closed, or an applicable agreement requires another schedule.
Sharing, protection, and requests
Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers needed to operate the platform, subject to their roles and applicable agreements. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or during an authorized organizational transaction.
To request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, contact mharfemicaroz@gmail.com. Requests may require identity or authority verification, and some records may need to be retained for lawful or legitimate purposes.
