Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use only accounts and data they are authorized to access. Attempts to bypass security, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or access another user’s information are prohibited.

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, managing their users, and ensuring they have authority to process assessment and student information.

Assessment responsibility and content

Educators and institutions remain responsible for assessment validity, answer keys, scoring policies, scan review, accommodations, academic decisions, and compliance with their own rules and applicable requirements.

Users retain responsibility for content they submit and must have the necessary rights to use it. M³ EduCore’s software, branding, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.

Plans, availability, and limitations

Plan features, limits, pricing, and retention terms are those presented at purchase or in an applicable agreement and may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Service interruptions, maintenance, third-party failures, or evolving features may occur.
